  • The product must be unused, unworn, and in original condition, with tags and packaging intact.
  • Certain items, such as sale items, customized or intimate wear, are non-returnable for hygiene and safety reasons. Please check before purchasing.

  • The return shipping cost will be covered by the customer, except in cases of damaged or defective items.
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
